I can't seem to find Cypher the Fallen Angel's stats, can someone post them or give me a link for them?

He's not on the Chaos Space Marines Reference Sheet or the Chaos Daemons reference Sheet.

Atm, no 'official' statistics exist for Cypher, so therefore he's not usable in-game without your opponents permission. Therefore, you'd either have to use his old rules, which are a bit weak IMHO. Alternatively you'd have to use unofficial/fan-rules; my CSM Fandex/Codex has him included if you want to check it out (link in my signature)...

I think that should be OK so long as we don't provide pts cost? As it's nothing that a reference sheet cant provide. The rules aren't current anyway so that might not be a problem as a result? It'd probably be best to ask a suitable mod/yak...
