Forge World did a Lost and the Damned Army. You can get the list off their site, but will need the IG codex to use all of the wargear.

I hope this helps.

If you can, get ahold of the old Eye of Terror codex, it has a cool LatD army list in it you can use, even if it's not still legal

If you want to be legal in all tournaments, just use the IG codex.

or, if your local group is cool with it, use the Forge World list. just be warned, its underpowered and you might have trouble winnng.

The Eye of Terror codex is obsolete for the most part-it references codexes that have both been updated. The Imperial Armour traitor's list is the spiritual sucessor to the Lost and the Damned one-though lacking in a few units, it adds more than its fair share of new ones; that are much more characterful- and is probably would allow for a more competative and characterful army. If you want an army that has more semblance of order-ie Blood Pact- then just use the Guard codex-which seems to be the most common choice for traitor players. But yeah, if you want mutants and all round degraded filth, better to stick with the Forge World Imperial Armour list.

You'll need a guard dex for this one, but the Forge World army list is available on their website at the link below (in .pdf format).

FAQ: http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/Downloads/Product/PDF/i/IA5_RHFAQ.pdf

If you're looking to stay tournament legal, then just do a counts-as guard army straight out of the guard dex. Like everyone else said, the FW list is very, very flavorful (practically savory!), but not the strongest army list around if you play with a competitive group.

If you want a bit of flavor, but want to stay strong, run a counts-as out of the guard dex, and ask your opponent or group if you can run a squad of Chaos Marines out of their dex as a 0-1elites (or other) choice (obviously, this won't fly at tournaments).

I was playing with the idea of doing an army like this, I wasnt quite sure if I should run it out of IG codex and beef it up with Choas Marine codex, or Start with Chaos and fill it out with IG...

Another option is play LATD using counts as Ork rules.

Forge World did 3 lists.

One in each of the Vraks books. A 'general' Lost and the Damned list, a Khorne themed LatD, and Nurgle themed LatD.

Wehrkind did an army like that, it looks spectacular and really has a very "hordes of chaos" feel to it.
