Ok as this aura grants "all FRIENDLY UNITS within 6" .... +1Attack. " so based on this, can this aura grant +1 attack to friendly Liberian dread in range? Moreover if this dread cast's MoH (+D3 attacks) can he have 3(base)+D3+1(charge)+1 aura attacks?

Well if the Dread Librarian is a "FRIENDLY UNIT" then it will get the +1 attack for being within six inches of The Sanguinor.

Therefore, since the Dread Librarian is a "FRIENDLY UNIT" then it will get the +1 attack.

So if this dread cast's MoH (+D3 attacks) he will have 3(base)+D3+1(charge)+1 aura attacks.
