Right so i currently making a custom character.
Here is what it currently looks like:

Ws -7
Bs - 5
S - 7
T - 7

I - 5
A - D6
Ld - 10
Sv - 3+

Gear - Daemon Sword of Drach'nyen and talon of horus, Personal Icon, Mark of nurgle.
Special Rules - Independent Character, Fearless, Feel no Pain and Herald of nurgle(Adapted for my two powers)
Psychic powers - Doombolt and Wind of Chaos.

I was looking at about 250-300 points for this guy?
And any changes or recomendations you think would be suitable, please say.

Can i ask why he seems to have stolen Abaddon's weapons?

yeah he has i want to have it im making the model from scratch so i figured there's room for adding what i like to it, so being abbadons sword

And then you have made him absurdly tough to kill.
Why not start on a completly clean slate and make your own wargear up?
A character shouldn't be over T+S5 unless they are a really massive character (Such as a Daemon Prince or a named Tyranid MC)
Drop the wounds to 3 and then drop the WS to 5/6.
The BS is fine...

I would make my own stuff but well i dont really know the rules very well yet i have only just started collecting 40k again, and have forgotten alot this is why i asked for your help really.
I mean all i want is a pretty good custom guy that follows a nurgle theme, and im only making it because my mate has made a stupidly insane custom guy which cost 450 points and trust me when i get its stats i will posting it on here and seeing what you think of it.

If he made an insane character then it's fine for you to do so.
It helps to know the context in which they will be used.

Give him 4 Wounds, WS6, S5 and T6.
I5, A4/5, LD10 and Sv either 2+ or 3+.
Then give him FnP (Nurgle Toughness and all that) and a power weapon that auto-wounds on 2+.

Then price him at 350 points give or take and add about 10-20 points on for each extra piece of wargear you feel is necessary depending on how useful it is.
