I have about 167 extra points. Anyway tell me what you think and how you would improve it. Do you think I have to many splinter cannons and should instead take lances on my trueborn. What about scourges, because I think they would fit in well with this army. Thanks!

Downunder

Give the Trueborn 4 Blasters and put them in a basic Venom. Thats one of the best anti-tank options in the codex. What is important about DE is that you need to down mechanised armies quickly, so build according to this idea "Step 1: Destroy All Transports" That means Ravagers and Trueborn with Blasters in Venoms, "Step 2: Kill The Passengers", this is simple, use the warrior squads, Wyches etc.. to mop up the squads. Because DE have such good anti-infantry gear as their basic kit on a lot of things, the main focus should be towards busting armour first.

With the Warriors at least take a blaster, although I would personally make them a unit of 10 in a raider with lance and blaster, using them to harass units that might charge into the wyches while they're locked in combat and support tank-hunters. They're not good enough to be all-rounders but you can use them to support "Good" units.

The Wyches are fine, I prefer Shardnets for denying PF/PW attacks but hey its your call. The Haemonculi are also well done for the role in donating their pain tokens to the wyches and then spraying acid on other units.

Basically you're close to the real competitive builds for DE, you just need more anti-tank weapons, preferably Darklight weapons like Blasters and Dark Lances.

Also littlenibbler Orks aren't about armour saves.
Orks are about having too many models on the table, and wasting the other guy's time with your movement phase.
Orks are about having the toughest units on the table.
Orks are about not caring about how many bodies are left in a long winding trail until the squad is down to less than a third its starting strength.
Orks are about rolling more dice then you can count without the aid of a calculator or a pen and paper.
Orks are about having totally fething insane characters tearing gak down like Doc Grotsnik, Ghazghkull or Snikrot.
Orks are about being too fething awesome to die...
Lets settle this in the arena http://pantsformer.mybrute.com

Take a blaster in each Warrior squad. You need AT and there's no reason not to with that many points left over.
I wouldn't take lances on Trueborn, personally. Rule of thumb is pretty much that lances go on either stationary squads or vehicles. Take blasters instead. You can take 4 instead of 2 for cheaper, and you can move and shoot. More weight of fire means that blasters are more effective vs. Crisis suits, Termies, etc.

Thanks for the feedback you two, it really helped. I was desperately needing anti-tank weapons and the blasters are an excellent choice. I'm going to add them to the trueborn and warriors.

I'll second Mr. Self-Destruct, though I'll note Lances on Trueborn can work quite well if you're building a gunline army. You're not building a gunline army though.
