When you assemble your men, do you glue the pieces together or do they snap on?

Infantry is all glued. Some vehicle pieces, you can snap.

Sweden

Almost all the models you need to glue together. The only exception I can think of is the Assault on Black Reach-box, but the most common practice is to glue them.

Well, you can't snap them on the vast majority of models. In fact, only the AoBL starter set, and possibly starter paint sets and 5 model combat boxes have snap on models, correct me on the latter two contain snap-fit models. I actually blue-tack most of my models until they're painted.
