1. I play a scout heavy army. If either my scout bikes or my scout speeder turbo boosts during their scout move do they benefit from the cover save etc. in the following phase. Do assaulting enemy need 6's to hit my scout speeder because it counts as having moved over 6" or do the vehicles and the bikes that turbo boost with their scout moves count as not having moved at all during the first turn of the game.

Check the FAQ. Answer is yes.

Bikes aren't vehicles. Compare weapon skill as normal.

The speeder would be hit on 6's if it moved more than 6''.

(not sure where you are going with that Nungunz, Landspeeders are vehicles and the quote you answered was regarding the speeder..)

The bikes would compare WS in CC.

If the speeder went flat out it gets a 3+ cover save against shooting.

The bikes get a 3+ cover save for turboboosting as long as they move at least 18'' away from their starting point.

Both of these apply in the following phase. Ork Deffkoptas like to use this combo too

The Viletide: Daemons of Nurgle/Deathguard: 7400 pts
Disclples of the Dragon - Ad Mech - about 2000 pts
GSC - about 2000 Pts
Rhulic Mercs - um...many...
Circle Oroboros - 300 Pts or so
Menoth - 300+ pts

Speed yes, bikes no. Sorry if I wasn't clear, was just correcting the errors with the bikes. He was entirely right with the speeder stuff. But yeah, I rushed out the response and wasn't clear.

My bad.

4+ cover save for the skimmer, not a 3+
