No.

40K has serious balance issues. But, so far, they haven't quite managed to screw it up so badly that there is a truly unbeatable army yet. That said, Kelly and Cruddace have certainly given it their best. Space Wolves or Guard would be your better candidates for making an army where winning will be heavily biased in your favour even if you're only paying half-hearted attention and get drunk on the side.

nope, can easily be beaten by well made list (mech ig,gk ,sw, ba etc.)
try swapping the librarians smite to the avenger?(the ap 3 template weapon, its good)
the land speeder with a mm and assault cannon is quite expensive you could get a thunderfire cannon for the same price (not the best option there is,but can be good)
the techmarines bolster defences combined with telion stealth means your scouts get a 2+ cs while in the right ruin its gona be a pain removing them from there.
give the scouts snipers and a missile launcher and remove the ls storm. you want to shoot with the scouts, not drive them around the battlefield

just a few thoughts there...

What is it about this list that makes the claim "unbeatable?" - not being rude, I just don't get it!

There is little synergy in the list and I think it falls short of some of the uber-cheese lists people are using at the moment.

The test is in the games though - let us know how you get on.

Playing 3 round robin games doesn't come close to making a list unbeatable...

You could have played 30 games with this exact same list and it doesn't make it unbeatable...

You are playing people that may or may not be "skilled" players in the world of 40k. You maybe playing people that are playling lists that arent taking serious advantages against your army. There will always be good and bad matchups in 40k. You had 3 good matchups.

No disrepsect intented at all, but I can see multiple ways to pick apart this army with both my Grey Knights and Black Templar armies. It may not work, but I know what I am playing against.

Not even close to being unbeatable. It's terrible.

HQ: Space Marine Librarian + Terminator armour with a storm shield
+ Psychic powers: Null zone and Smite = 140pts

Smite equals Machine Curse in being the worst psychic power in the codex. Gate or Avenger are much better.

Troops: Tactical Squad + 5 Space Marines
+ Plasma Cannon = 175pts

Tactical Squad + 5 Space Marines
+ Plasma Cannon = 175pts

Scout Squad + Sergeant Telion = 125pts

Terrible. How do you intend on taking objectives on your opponents side of the board without transports? Why don't your tactical sqauds have special weapons? Why are you taking Plasma Cannons instead of Missile Launchers when you clearly have no long range anti-tank anywhere in the list?
Your Tactical marines NEED Rhinos or Razorbacks.

Elites: Assault Terminator Squad + Land Raider Redeemer + Multi-Melta
+ Bother-Sergeant Chronus = 520pts

First of all, you're much better off taking a Crusader instead of the Redeemer. Secondly, what is Chronus doing here? You need to actually think about these things. You certainly don't need the extra BS with all those twin-linked weapons; and Extra Armour and POTMS take care of the rest.

Fast Attack: Land Speeder Storm = 50 pts

Nice one. You could have gone with a regular Land Speeder that does the exact same thing, but instead you chose the open topped version with worse BS. Unless you plan on using it as a mini 'gunboat' for the Scouts...which is a horrible idea, considering that you can't actually move the Land Speeder without rending the contents useless.

Land Speeder + Multi-Melta
+ Assault Cannon = 100pts

Again horrible. The Assault Cannon is terrible, it's overcosted and forces you to operate far too close to your opponent. The Typhoon Missile Launcher is better in every way. Get rid of the Multi-Melta.

Heavy Support: Vindicator = 115pts

Predator + Heavy bolters
+ Extra armour = 100pts

Extra Armour on a shooting tank? Fail.

Unbeatable?

Not even close to being unbeatable. Let's go over what your list is lacking:
- Long range anti-tank. Your long range shooting consists of 2 Plasma cannons and one autocannon. And no, snipers don't count. That's not even close to being good enough; even a half decent Dark Eldar or Imperial Guard player will kite you all day.
- Short range anti-tank. You have one Meltagun in the entire list...how do you intend on taking down Av13/14?

The only scary part of the list is the Terminator deathstar...and that will stop working once you start playing decent players who actually know how to handle it.

You brighten my life like a polystyrene hat, but it melts in the sun like a life without love, and I've waited for you so I'll keep holding on without you.

I think it has been noted as unbeatable to get attention and it's working, though the list isn't unbeatable. In fact it's not working well.

Firstly Tacticals have no free weapon and no transport so it's just 10 guys firing a single plasma cannon, not cool.

Then some Scouts which are good for objective holding, but I'm not a fan of Telion, reason is he's just not that good for the points like all special characters.

Redeemer isn't that good and why Chronus? Will only benefit the assault cannon and multi melta which is kind of pointless.

Bad synergy weapon wise on the Land Speeder and single tanks? Tanks always come in pairs for target saturation.

I think in yuor tournament you've been lucky or you've been against poorer skill players. I'd like to think I'm a pretty good player amongst my mates and gaming club, I rarely lose against my mates and never lost at my gaming club. Does it actually mean my lists are unbeatable? No it doesn't because my games vary from slaughtering the opponent to tactical win all thanks to the skill and list of my opponent.
