2 single handed close combat weapons = +1 attack
A catapult is not a single handed close combat weapon.
A fusion gun is not a single handed close combat weapon.

a Chaos Space Marine with a close combat weapon gets +1 attacks with a bolter.
Im also pretty sure that warlocks with a shuriken pistol get an extra attack

No he does not. All Chaos Space Marines have Bolt Pistols in addition to their bolters, and those do count as second close combat weapons. A loyalist Space Marine does not have the bolt pistol and thus does not get a bonus attack for having bolter and chainsword.

7 Ork facts people always get wrong:
Ragnar did not win against Thrakka, but suffered two crushing defeats within a few days of each other.
A lasgun is powerful enough to sever an ork's appendage or head in a single, well aimed shot.
Orks meks have a better understanding of electrics and mechanics than most Tech Priests.
Orks actually do not think that purple makes them harder to see. The joke was made canon by Alex Stewart's Caphias Cain books.
Gharkull Blackfang did not even come close to killing the emperor.
Orks can be corrupted by chaos, but few of them have any interest in what chaos offers.

Reread page 42. Notice it continually references CLOSE COMBAT weapons.
A chaos marine does NOT get +1 attack for having a chainsword + bolter, they get an extra attack for having a Bolt pistol, which COUNTS AS a single handed CCW, AND a chainsword.
So no - unless you can prove a catapult is ALSO a single handed CLOSE COMBAT weapon, you CANNOT claim an extra attack.

ok well autarchs have a pistol , so with a laser lance the autarch would get a +1.
I guess shining spears dont get an extra attack, darn! I dont understand how a guardian jetbike gets the same amount of attacks as a shining spear, althogh the shining spear has an extra weapon. Doesnt seem logical.

They get S6 power weapons striking at initiative. That's quite awesome, even with just two attacks on the charge.
