Here is a sketch of a Gyrocopter me and Odins Beard have been working on. We're trying to use as many GW bits as we can so the steam engine is from the Steam Drill, the main and secondary blades as well as the skis are from a Ork Deffkopta, the rear mount for the secondary blade and the barrels are from the Empire Cannon, the steam gun will be made using a Outriders repeating handgun and everything else is being made from plasticard and GS.

The idea is that the Dwarves have taken the same approach in making their Gyrocopters as they have their Ironclads, instead of making something light and dainty looking (like the old Gyrocopter) they've created something heavy and powerfull. This version relies on pure power to make up for its weight and is a little lighter through a little help from runes. The 2 barrels (only 1 shown) hold water and fuel respectivly, the fuel which is marked with XXX and is probably ale powers the furnace for the boiler which then turns the water (from the other barrel) into steam which powers the blades. Normal Gyrocopters only have the back blade powered while with ours both blades are powered. We're doing a re-design of the dwarf head figure but other then that everything is the same.
