When you are looking to play do you go to the hobby store nearest you or do you prefer to play on good ol' home made boards at a friend or atleast fair aquaintences house?
Also why do you prefer one over the other?

Personally I prefer playing at home or a home because its just more comfortable. Granted it depends on space and all. And I understand the place of hobby stores as venues of play.
