You might want to consider lowering your prices a little. I don't think many people will want to buy a(n incomplete) painted battleforce set for nearly rrp, certainly not if it's damaged.

I have a warriors of chaos army I would be willing to trade that has one painted unit but the rest is just assembled...maybe though, I'd have to get back to you and also if you were interested I would only want to do it if the tyranids were stripped

@starhawks, not sure about chaos warriors, gotta take a look into them first. was initially considering TK or Lizardmen, but that may change.
