The Emperor doesn't have a GKs unshakable faith in the Emperor which is....basically himself?

Scout bolter?
That's just a normal bolter with a scope and a bayonet...
The 3rd one is a combi-plasma gun...
The thing on his belt could be any manner of grenade or device... flash bomb, teleport homer, plasma grenade...
Those are lasguns though.

The only person who uses a stalker pattern boltgun is Telion, no one else has been given one since they are still trying to decide wether or not they should, think of it like the experimental weapons in the Tau codex. Plus, it doesn't even look like a stalker pattern boltgun so I doubt it is.

Also that think on his belt is not a weapon, it's a brazier, nothing special. You can see them on some Space Marine models, particulary the Dark Angels Veterens, in fact they are almost identical to that one.

Not true...
The Stalker pattern boltgun is in use by the Deathwatch AFAIK.
THe IoM likes to have ornate devices, the thing on his belt could be anything but the fact it is glowing kinda gives me the feeling it either is something important (Mission item) or something explodey...

Spoiler:

That quite clearly shows that your point is invalid.
Also you can have stalker bolters in deathwatch rpg.

My mistake, I was unaware that they were available to the death watch. Also purplefood, braziers glow, that is the whole point of having a brazier, I doubt that it explodes or anything, but it may still be important.

According to the Developer Diary, you will start off with standard BP/CCW (chainsword), at some point you will for sure get: plasmagun, power axe, heavy bolter, thunderhammer.

It does stand to reason that you will get a standard bolter, probably at the beginning as well to fit their "seamless transition between range and close combat"
