What unique units or titles do certain space marine chapters use like i dont know a giant cookie with a las cannon or a Elmo with a bolt gun or something...

There are aprox. 1000 chapters. We only know of around 100 at most maybe a few more and we don't have a lot of info on most of them...
It is fairly safe to say many chapters have some kind of unit or title unique to them since many chapters are guided by their culture. The ones that aren't are guided by their interpretation of the Codex or their Primarch's history and actions.

As far as units go... there's really not a lot of those in the Astartes. Generally, you have a Space Marine who is pretty much identical to every other Space Marine from every other Chapter, assigned to fill a specific combat role, given a light coat of paint to make him more/less grimdark/mysterious/tragic/heroic/interesting than another Space Marine with a different coat of Codex-Paint.

Now, this Space Marine is then given a thingy. This thingy might be a motorcycle, a hover-bike, a beard, really great hair, a horse, a boat, wings, fangs, a gun that shoots exploding lasers, a gun that shoots more guns, or a sword that not only slices, it dices and keeps the kids off your damn lawn. Whichever thingy this Space Marine is given, he's not the only one with it, for his whole Chapter might also have the same thingy, or just a handful of them, enough to form a Squad of Thingies.

This then becomes their "unique unit".

They're still Space Marines, though, and pretty much carbon copies of one another, underneath all the Codex-Paint.
