Basically, as above. It comes from one of Creed's rules that let him outflank a unit. Even Tanks. Even squads of Tanks. Apparently, even Titans. The only thing he can't outflank i cavalry, because obviously it would be stupid to outlank cavalry .

That explanation would've been better if you used a CRASSUS ARMOURED ASSAULT TRANSPORT in the example.
