Mantic is launching it’s Blister range in July!

The Blister range wll contain high quality metal figures, combining your favourite sculpts from the Mantic hero sets with all new sculpts as well.

There are six Blisters in the first wave, four of which have been announced so far:

- Abyssal Dwarf King

- Elf King

- Mhorgoth the Faceless

- Dwarf Warsmith

The next two blisters are brand new figures – but you’ll have to wait until next time to see those!

Read it again here, plus pictures of the models in question: http://www.manticgames.com/News/Article/130611-New-Blister-Range-Announced.html

I'm guessing Mantic really, really loves us and bravely takes it upon their selves to give us great models at their own expense. Truly they are heroes of the hobby!

I'm from the future. The future of space

The orc flagger is such an amazing miniature. Getting that miniature outside of the set of 3 would be great.

Balance in pick up games? Two people, each with their own goals for the game, design half a board game on their own without knowing the layout of the board and hope it all works out. Good luck with that. The faster you can find like minded individuals who want the same things from the game as you, the better.

Six mistakes mankind keeps making century after century: Believing that personal gain is made by crushing others; Worrying about things that cannot be changed or corrected; Insisting that a thing is impossible because we cannot accomplish it; Refusing to set aside trivial preferences; Neglecting development and refinement of the mind; Attempting to compel others to believe and live as we do

The elf king is a meh sculpt but I do like the dwarf warsmith. I'm not familiar with their other metal figs... do they all have the LOTR-Peter Jackson vibe going on?

New Mantic Blister Announced
On Friday, we broke the news that Mantic were launching their new Blister range and announced the first four models in the range. This week, we got our hands on exclusive first look images on the two brand new figures in the initial wave of six blisters, including this awesome new Orc Krudger on Foot.

With each of the races catered for with a blister pack each, rumours of the sixth blister being for a new race have been circulating… but you’ll have to check back later in the week to see more!

He shaved the beard to showcase how epic his 'stache is.

...Is that a baby?
Don't tell me orcs use babies as weapons, like the throwing mastiffs.
I'd need to buy an army.

Yup so the next race is evil elves. I hope its not too much like the abyssal dwarves and full of metal hybrid kits, makes it almost as much as gw

Not sure if I like the model

The sink.

Wow still no human army? At least there are not Chaos dwarves to sate my appetite.

And the sorceress is not naked enough.

You know what Brook?

You can quote me on this.
I'm buying the Mantic Sorceress rather than the GW one if I ever start a Dark Elf army.
That is a perfectly proportioned elf. I can see it fitting in beautifully alongside the Black Ark Corsairs or the Cold One Knights, or even Fitzpatrick's gorgeous Manflayer models.

i think the dark elf would look a lot better with a different background for the photo
