So me and a buddy of mine were playing yesterday and didnt know if our hqs with their retinues were one kill point or two kill points since the retinue for each doesnt have a FOC spot.
I also have a question about mindwar, If I target a priest ( or any other IC ) in a unit with mindwar can he gain a cover save out in the open because its in a unit ?
Also when locked in combat can I use mindwar since its a shooting attack ?

Question #1: 2 KP's Page 91 BRB
Question #2: the unit would have to be in cover to claim a cover save. Also you can not use Shooting attacks while locked in CC.

FoC slots have nothing to do with KPs. Honour Guards are not retinues, they're a separate unit, and so they count as 1 KP and Librarians count as another.

Even retinues give an additional KP, as per P.91 under The Annihilation Mission.
