Quick question about sm bikes,

If you arm the sm on the bike with a flamer do you get to fire both the twin linked boltter and the flamer?

And are there any advantages to riding a bike into close combat?

Thanks in advance

Bikes can fire one weapon per rider... so no, you can't fire the flamer and the bolters. Explained in the bike rules, under 'Shooting'.

As Insaniak said. 1 weapon per rider. Normal SM bikers get to fire ONE of their weapons (in your example, the twin linked bolters OR the flamer).

Well, apart from bikes being relentless, and being able to assault after firing rapid fire or heavy weapons, there's one advantage over regular infantry (normal infantry cannot fire either and assault).
