We're a bit different than what you're asking about but...
Chicago Skirmish Wargames
-Country: Chicago, IL, USA
-# of Members: 5 regulars and another 3-4 part timers
-# of tables: We use tables at a local game store. A given meeting usually occupies 2 of the 10 tables.
-Games offered: Many various 28mm skirmish games and others but usually Song of Blades and Heroes, Wastelands or WarEngine. Sometimes Future War Commander or Full Thrust
-Average sized game? Varries
-Hours open: Every other Thursday from 6-10 and sometimes additional meetings at member's houses.
-Age restriction? Adults only.
-Terrain offered: (fully sculpted? boards with detailed bits? all
GW-bought? cloth and books?) Depends on locale. Usually a plain board with a mat of some kind and a variety of model terrain. Hills and buildings, both
GW and custom made.
-Working with Children/equiv:? Not at our meetings, but we make a point that the games we run at conventions are family/child friendly.
-Do you run tournaments? NO
-Do you have club-owned armies/books/accessories for beginners/demos? We always provide enough painted figures for any game we play that folks new to the hobby or those not-as-interested in a particular game can play.
-Food/beverages offered? Beverages avaialble at game store and several places deliver food if ordered.

Is there something your club offers that ones around you don't? Miniatures games other than those made by
GW and
PP
Are you famous for a particular game/event/anything? We put on a Song of Blades and Heroes event at a Chicagoland Wargame convention and have agree to continue to run games at local conventions, though not always SoBH.
What makes your club great? We make Wargaming Fun and Affordable by introducing players to the wider world of Sci-Fi and Fantasy gaming outside the usual games.
What do you wish you did better? Better outreach to find new members.
