Ok, so my friend is emigrating to USA next week and was lookin to sell his SM army so I took it off his hands for £20 this is what I got...

HQ
Commander w/ PW, BP and Iron Halo

Troops
2x 10 ManTac Squads w/ PG and HB, Sergeants w/ BP & PW

Fast Attack
2x Attack Bikes w/ either HB or MM (as in two of each so interchangeable)
5 Man Assault Squad, 4 troops w/ Chain Swords & BPs, Sergeant w/ PF & BP

Elites
1 Dreadnought w/ all weapons (all interchangeable)

Heavy Support
Predator w/ TL/LC & HBs on Sponsons
8 Man Devistator Squad w/ 4 MLs, Rest of Troops and Sergeant w/ Bolters

And a box full of bits a pieces like random weapons and stuff.

It all comes in just under 1000 and wanted to know what I can do with it? Like should I just leave it as it is or how I could make it better??

Dakka Pred(just proxy) - 85

Devestator Squad 4ML and sargew/bolter -150

Dreadnought w/ TLLC and DCCW w/SB -135

Assault Squad w/ sarge has PF -125

Thats an ok 1000k point list from that stuff.

if you shave the Tac squads down (lose the PGs and PWs), take the TLLC off the dread and change the assault sarge to a PW, you have enough points to put that tac squads in Rhinos.

Lolz! I know, I was pretty WOW myself but he was in a real panic trying to get rid of his last bits an pieces so I was more than happy to help

As for the list, looks cool tho I don't have any more MLs or an auto cannon, so no Dakka Dread :/ I do have some Meltaguns, Lascannons, Flamers and some Plasma Cannons that I could put in the squads instead of MLs tho??

That last list is good anly thing i can say is try to give the Librarian a storm shield so he fits in with the terminator squad and he gets a 3+ invo agenst perals.

Oops he does actualy have the Storm Sheild just didn't list it lol!! And I was thinking, is it worth dropping the Assault Squad and adding 5 more Terminators w/ TH & SS??

Yes! Its been my experience that assault squads do little more than create a speed bump. Termies are way better!

Add the extra terminators or get a land raider for the ones you have so thay can get to the fight safer. A 10 man terminator squad is a big fire target or you can have 2 5 man squads thats up to you.

worst case combat squad them, that way if you go aggasint an army that has trouble shooting (cough, orks), you won't have to worry as much about getting shot down
