It seems pretty straight forward, ap1/2 and any power weapon or strength that doubles your toughness or more will negate FNP. What kind of arguements are you seeing with this rule?

Telling you what didn't apply? What are they saying FNP is?

Make sure someone does not try to give it to an IC that joins a squad with FNP. It only works if that IC has a retinue or retinue "command squad".

Except for BA, since the priests just put a bubble of FNP around them that IC can use. But squads that come with FNP on their own do not give it to others who join them.

True, I was just thinking about when this guy did it with his warboss.

I have a question with FNP, do you still use it if you failed your armor save or since you used your armor save the model has already used its 1 save?

You use it after you failed your armour save, you also use it if the ap of the weapon negates your armour save, as long as you follow the other rules to FNP.

WHich is explicitly covered in the FNP rule itself. FNP is NOT a "save"

Rules questions go in YMDC - and to the OP, exactly what do they disagree on? If its the old "i've hit your plagues with an AP3 Kraken round, you dont get FNP" then theyre wrong. Only weapons that disallow ANY armour save remove FNP (barring Strength vs Toughness, for now!)
