So long story short I extra Chaos Marines still in sprews and would like to convert some into plague marines (or Death Guard to be really specific i guess.) . How would i go about doing that. I know the collor scheme fairly well, cracks and holes in armor should be easy i am guessing. but since this would be the first time doing anything customish with warhammer i figured i would ask for help. also i should say i have no clue where i should be posting this question if this is the right section or whatever. if not than please forgive and please direct me to.

I would recommend making some rough holes in the armor and use a small knife to make cracks. You should also consider greenstuff. Its really easy to make stuff look decaying by sculpting some greenstuff. If your really good you can sculpt Greenstuff tubes and gas masks, but that takes a bit of work.

All you really need to do is making them decaying and paint them like the Death Guard and most people will accept them as Plague Marines.

Use pages 14-17, also get some guitar string for tubes.

Oh, I certainly vote with my dollar, but the problem is that that is not enough. The problem with the 'vote with your dollar' response is that it doesn't take into account why we're not buying the product. I want to enjoy 40k enough to buy back in. It was my introduction to traditional games, and there was a time when I enjoyed it very much. I want to buy 40k, but Gamesworkshop is doing their very best to push me away, and simply not buying their product won't tell them that.
