A few things that will make this list a bit more competitive....
Probably want 2 Daemon Princes or none... Its not always the case, i've been running just one (and no other HQ) and its done ok, but a second one would really help.
Nurgles rot is fun, but unless your running a completely Nurgle themed list, which you aren't here, i would say leave it.

Your 3 Terminators want 2 or 3 combi-meltas, the heavy flamer is nice. Chainfist is good if you have the points spare.
Chosen need a rhino, i personally wouldn't take 5 flamers, but maybe you face a lot of horde... (2/3 flamers and 2/3 meltas is a good combo i find)

Troops, are a bit all over the place. You don't need 10 Plague Marines, you want either 5 or 7 really with 2 special weapons.
1k Sons need a Rhino, very expensive for what they do unless your playing MEQ a lot.
CSM squad is ok, but really you should add the 10th man and get a second melta.

And heavy, you want to duplicate in most cases, so run two defilers or two Vindicators, then if you have points left over, you can always add the other one.
Not sure the dirge caster is really needed....
