For one, drop the meks out of the lootas. All they do is take up spots that could be more deffguns. The boyz squads are illegal as a trukk can only carry 12 models. The squads themselves are also not ideal, as the nob doesn't need eavy armor. The ard boyz are just overpriced, as too many things deny 4+ saves to make it a worthwhile upgrade. The trukks are bloated. Just run them with RPJ, big shoota, and a ram. You don't need a unit of 10 nobz, as it just wastes points on an already effective unit. You only really need a unit of 6 or 7. Also, you want to make sure each nob is different to take advantage of wound allocation. Lastly, the battlewagon doesn't need riggers or the killkannon. The killkannon is one of the worst upgrades IMO, as it reduces the transport capacity, and makes the wagon that much more of a target

The above poster nailed it right on the head. Also, I see rokkits in your lootas?? Thats gotta go...Lootas are best with just deffguns that's it.

Also, your gretchen squad. lose one grot and then you don't have to take the other runthard. Save points!

You should have a few hundred points once you make you boys units legal, lose eavy armour, lower your nobs to 7, deffguns only, reduce grot, and drop killcannon, lighten your trukks.

With all those points you could probably make another trukk boy unit. Or even add a unit of Battlewagon boys.

Once you've taken the above posts into account, I think they're mostly on the ball, You'll have a fairly good list, with a good few points left to spend...

Trukks only really need Reinforced Ram and maybe Red Paint Job, although both aren't desperately needed. You'd take the Ram mainly to make you need double 1s to get grounded when crossing terrain, and the Extra inch movement, possibly useful, but its only an inch from the Red Paint... Ofc if you don't take them, your game winning charge will probably come up an inch short... Life is like that... ^^

Things to think about for the extra points, maybe a big Unit of Stormboyz, maybe some alpha striking deffkoptas with TL rokkits and Buzzsaws, maybe just more of what you already have..... If three trucks mobs is good, 4-5 trukk mobs are excellent!!! ^^

you could drop the rpjs off the trukks.... only about 1 in 20 situations will need that extra inch (giggidy)!!!!

Also I love brunas in a Battlewagon... Burnas in a Looted Wagon also work nicely as a cheaper option. I usually put armour plates and a Scorcha on mine, for fluffy reasons... Plus a str 5 flame template ain't to be sniffed at. I drove my Wagon between three units of nids the other week, and took out two entire squads on the one side with the burnas, and 8 from the last unit on the other side with the Scorcha... ^^

Remember, your trukks can only hold 12 figs... Do not list it as 12 boys with a nob, as that makes people think you have 13 figs. It should be 11 boys and a Nob. The Nob upgrades a boy, replacing it.

Since your not listing points, I have no idea if those squads are 13 figs or 12 figs.

Yes.. I usually list like this...

12 Boyz (Nob, PK, Eavy Armour, BP, Trukk(RPJ)) for instance.... The first set of brackets has the upgrades for the unit.... The second set has the upgrades for the Trukk itself!

Also get rid of the the 'ard boys. They are cool but almost every army has power wepons so instead give the nobs leading the boys eavy armour so you can allocate a wound to them and maybe even saving it making life oh so much better

It doesn't matter about power weapons, it's the fact they cost a lot more for only a 4+ armour save and don't last a huge great deal longer.

Yes, those 'ard boys do cost a lot more. But, when you do have to make saves AND you actually get the chance to make one, it is nice having a 4+ instead of a 6+.

*If* I was going to run 'ard boys though, I would run 20 in a battlewagon before putting them in a trukk. That is just me though. My intent would be to keep them alive as long as possible so I could insert them into the fray as quickly as possible. I don't see a lot of value to one 12 boy squad.

it depends on their usage. If you throw them into combat with power weapon wielding Death Company, then you've wasted a load of points, but it can make a dramatic difference to combat results if you place them well!
