Goblins you can use, well, most anything so long as you're willing to convert.
Way I figure it, "Common" Goblins are the more Honor Guard-style soldiers. They have better armor (see: Actually wear it), are less twitchy and "braver" (I2 and Ld6), and are there typically to protect Spider Dens and the like. Sneaky Skewers are there for... er, I'm sure you could come up with a reason if you wanted.
Night Goblins are the regular troops. Light / no armor, twitchy, none too brave, mostly there because they need manpower. Shaman mushrooms in this case are some of the infrequent spiders a Shaman might bite down on. Fanatics are poison-crazed loons cut from webs with a heavy stone on the end of one string kept on 'em. Netters are, well, if you need ideas on how to make netters in a spider cult then I'm sorry :(
For Squigs... smaller spiders that're less venomous than the big ones? Squig Hoppers are jumping spiders with sharp limbs and large fangs. Mangler Squigs... alright, these you might need to keep out, unless you have an idea of your own.
Wolf Riders = Faster, less venomous Spiders. Spiders are, well, 'nough said. Wolf Chariot... see Wolf Riders.
Spear Chukka, Doom Diver and Stone Throwers might be hard to argue, but you could probably make something for 'em. Like instead of lobbing stones, it lobs a big momma spider with all her little spiders into the mass of enemies. Momma tears at some people, little 'uns find new homes!
If you wanted Orcs, I'd stick with Savage Orcs. Instead of Warpaint, they're pain-dulled from constant spider bites to the point that they just out-right ignore some of the wounds they take.
