I'm about to order two paints from GW, and I was wondering how much shipping on something as small as that would be? I do have a local hobby shop, but they are out of stock on the two particular paints I need.

If you order them through your LGS you may be able to get them with free shipping.

But if I don't? I'm guessing around 3-5 bucks, about right?

Dunno about the american system but here its just something like a $15 flat rate or free if you spend more than $30, so your probably a lot better off ordering it through your LGS.

Games Workshop will be able to tell you their P&P charges.

If you don't go with your local GS it looks like its going to be about 7 bucks.

Last time I checked shipping for a couple metal blisters to Portugal I had a heart attack.
Since you have GW in your country I think you will not have such problems.
