Ok, just got myself a Weirdboy for my random orky list and a thought occurred to me, what happens to the Weirdboy (and squad if attached) if you mishap and roll the delayed on the table? do they come on from table edge or deep-strike again, as the rules are not clear on it and i cant seem to find any clear answer anywhere else.
I would play it as table edge as the ere we go is a roll on the Weirdboy table and since he isn't on the table you cant roll for him. How would you call it?

I put him into reserve, and try to bring him in next turn, as if he was a reserved unit that had mishapped.

Weirdboyz may not arrive at the table via deep strike, so table edges. If you put him with snikrot for whatever reason, you could choose any table edge. If you put him with Zagstruk during the game, you would even be able to march him on.
Just picture the weirdboy teleporting everyone onto a hill an hour away from the battle, and they making their way back.

7 Ork facts people always get wrong:
Ragnar did not win against Thrakka, but suffered two crushing defeats within a few days of each other.
A lasgun is powerful enough to sever an ork's appendage or head in a single, well aimed shot.
Orks meks have a better understanding of electrics and mechanics than most Tech Priests.
Orks actually do not think that purple makes them harder to see. The joke was made canon by Alex Stewart's Caphias Cain books.
Gharkull Blackfang did not even come close to killing the emperor.
Orks can be corrupted by chaos, but few of them have any interest in what chaos offers.
Orks do not have the power of believe. |

Table edge, as you a) never declared at deployment they were going to deepstrike (theyre unable to do so, entirely) and b) they cant deepstrike by themselves, only with the power helping them, and that power isnt available when they return from reserves.

No, you'd just hold them in reserve. You roll for his power and get "'ere we go." If you mishap and get the delayed one... hold him in reserve till the next turn.

This is exactly what everyone said.
RC- thanks for playing.
