No emergency disembarkation penalty for player that went first?

"For the rest of the turn" ends with the 2nd player's turn. So if the first player emergency disembarks during 2nd player's assault, there would be no penalty at all.

Turn means player turn unless specified otherwise so it doesn't matter what order you go in.

THere is essentially no penalty to emergency disembarking, regardless of who goes first.

And Sponge is correct - turn == player turn unless SPECIFIED otherwise

Yup turn means player turn. Game turn is used for both players turn.
