With all the mech rolling around I feel like this list is just going to get shot to hell. Seems like it would be fun against a horde but anything else and you'll get templated to death.

Well, I should be able to hit blow up quite a few tanks on my Deep Strike turn, as well as being able to lock down multiple units with the Vanguard Veterans. I can un-Mech a few enemies, but the counter-assault would be a problem, especially against GKs, for instance. With Shield and FNP, though, I might survive retaliatory shooting.

You have no serious assault unit. What will you do against Assault Termies or Thunder Wolves? At this many points put some sanguinary guard or Death Company in there for dealing a death blow. Multi-assaulting doesn't always work for really hard units. You need many power weapon attacks at initiative 5.

Well, you don't need more than 3 full AM units since in mission based games you always can split them.
I'd include some unit like Sang. Guard that can deal with tougher enemy units.
