Is it digital urban camo? If so i think you will need to scale it up a bit on your models in order for it to be visible if at all doable.
From it appears on a glance it will be time consuming but worth the effort

Very nice minis there. 15mm, you say, huh? Who makes them? What rules system do you use for them? A modified Rapid Fire? Looks like an Iraq/Afghanistan/Somalia type setting. What do you use for OpFor?

Those particular troops are from a company called Peter Pig, but most of my infantry (good guys and bad guys) is from Rebel Minis, though other companies make good stuff too. My vehicles are from Peter Pig, QRF, and the hummers are made by a guy who runs a small sculpting and casting business on the sdie fo his real jo (he makes some FANTASTIC stuff too!)
Peter Pig: http://www.peterpig.co.uk/range17.htm
QRF: http://www.quickreactionforce.co.uk/
Rebel: http://www.rebelminis.com/15mm-modern-milita.html
Hummers: https://sites.google.com/site/irishserbsminiatures/
I use Ambush Alley or their Force on Force rules, or various Two Hour Wargames rules: http://ambushalleygames.com/ and http://www.angelfire.com/az3/twohourwargames/wargames.htm
More of my stuff here: http://s247.photobucket.com/albums/gg134/CptJake_Minis/15mm%20Moderns/20Apr2011%20misc/ and http://s247.photobucket.com/albums/gg134/CptJake_Minis/15mm%20Irregular/ (Those bagd guys are from Irregular minis.) I have Afghanish and AQIish bad guys,as well as some generic terrorists for my fictional Dirkadirkastan.
Here is the Ambush Alley game I ran at a local convention: http://s247.photobucket.com/albums/gg134/CptJake_Minis/SiegeOfAugusta09/

As an aside, all the companies mentioned above are run by great folks.

I think the problem with this particular camo is not the lack of posing but the exact method/way to apply this particular pattern on a 40k model..

digital is easier, but fluid looks better on finished models
