Hello, heres the scenario:

Korsaro Khan and a bike unit outflank and assault my terimnators, 3 die they hold. My other terminator squad asssault in to the combat. After the higher initiave attacks are done and casulties removed, I have no unit in base to base with his bikes. The chainfist termie that was in base to base with Korsarro is dead, the original terminator squad is dead and a few of his bikes are too.

So question 1, can I stilll attack the bike unit with my thunder hammer attacks? Question 2 can anyone attack Khan?

Also in the description for hit and run i think it says ,if the unit passes and initiative test it can succesfully hit and run. So we tested using Khan's and Belial's initiative ( i think we should have used the unit average of 4) I rolled a 6 and he rolled a 3 so he didnt get out...
Question 3 do you pass an initiative test on a draw?
Question 4 does furious charge give Khan a higher initiative for hit and run test?

To answer before it is moved....

1 - you can attack with any thunder hammer that could have struck the bikes at the start of combat. Also, I think what you mean is no model in b2b with the bikes.

2 - There is not a precedent for initiative tests on a unit technically, but most use the majority initiative. Also an initiative test is not a roll of, it is a characteristic test made by a model. These are on page 6 I think?? of the BRB and a 6 auto fails. A 3 would be a success for Khan.

3 - Check init tests again, there is no roll off it is not a psychic hood.

4 - This is a good one, since he is initiative 5 it shouldn't matter anyway, because a 6 will autofail.

Page 35 under "Who can fight" answers your question.

Last paragraph left side.

you find out who can attack whom at the start of the fight, and it does not change until the end of the combat.

Basically if you could attack him at the start of the fight, those models that are left can still attack him regardless of there being models in B2B or not.

Doesn't matter. you determine who can hit at the beginning of combat and it never changes during that combat round. If you could hit at the beginning of combat you can hit during your initiative not matter who is currently in b2b with what. If at the begin of combat you could only hit a unit that is no longer alive when your init comes around then you cannot strike at anything.
