It won't be fully custom, but with the new Storm of Magic release, there is a throne piece
that is already quite Daemonic I think, even though I belive it is mainly intended for Vampire Counts, but it would be fairy easy to convert for your DP. Not so sure about the size though, as I obviously haven't seen it in the flesh.

Tzeentch is all about mutation. How about a live throne, made of the living bodies of slaves/followers, all freakishly mutated, looking like a tangle of Chaos spawn.
