I was trying to make a conlonel for my lost and damned traitor guard. I wanted to make him half man half machine. can anyone how to do this? i really need help.

Alternatively, use the Tech Priest model and GS/Daemon it up or get a Guard character and use some plastic Necron limbs?

I did the same thing except:

tank commander sticking out of tank: trim bottom off, apply necron legs. use necron thighs for bionic upper arm (its more appealing I feel), and apend it to the necron lower arm. etc. Lots of stuff to be done here

You can also use space marine stuff, an SM arm on its own works plenty good: armor plated bionic, complete with IG sized shoulder pad//pauldron.
