The other week I was playing a game against a buddy of mine(with some other friends watching). And up came an interesting predicament. He had a unit of Wraithguard somewhat close to a Fire Prism. On my turn, after disembarking from my Trukk, I found my unit of boys was within assault range of both the Waithguard and Fire Prism. I wanted to assault BOTH his tank, and his Wraithguard. Now I know you can assault a unit which is allready in close combat, but what I am wondering, can one unit assault two enemy units at the same time? We looked in the rulebook, and were not able to find any mention of assaulting multiple units. As such I just directed my assault towards the Wraithguard.

If two enemy units are close enough so that my models will remain in unit cohesion, is it possible to assault multiple units at once? If possible could someone also include page references.

Excellent! I thought it was in there, but sometimes while searching for a rule during a game, you miss things. Thank you very much. This makes me a happy Ork! More Killy!
