Ok, I had a match with my grey knights against another grey knight player. Those psyk out gernades reduce the initiative of psykers. This we both agreed on, however I noticed under the brotherhood of psykers rules that all attacks directed against psykers that hit the squad hit the squad leader etc. and this led me to thinking that only the squad leader would have his init. reduced.

Do psyk out gernades affect the whole squad or just the leader of the squad when being assaulted by another squad with psyk out gernades?

I would think that it only effects one model in the bop unit. I think the bop rules states that the unit only ever counts as one psyker. I could be wrong however, I don't have the codex in front of me.

With Chaos, Tzeench would probably turn your hands, feet and face into
scrotums, complete with appropriate nerve endings. Then Khorne would
force you and all your friends to fight to the death using your new
scrotal appendages. Once they get tired of that, you get tossed to
Slaanesh who <censored by order of the Inquisition>, until you finally
end up in Nurgle's clutches and he uses you as a loofah.

My thought process:

*The unit is a psyker.

*The effect of the grenade is neither Perils of the Warp nor an attack.

*The unit is effected by the grenade.

The whole unit is affected, as it is not an attack but an effect.

GK on GK it comes down tyo who charges who, generally

Brotherhood of Psyker specificly says The leader or a random model if there is no leader for all effects, just one would feel the effects.

The unit is one psyker for the purposes of psychic attacks, this is not a psychic attack but the effect of a grenade.

That's not what it says at all:
If the Grey Knight unit suffers the Perils of the Warp, or
any attack that specifically targets psykers, it is resolved
against the Justicar or [...]

I'm not sure how you got "all effects" out of that. Unless you consider everything that happens to another unit an attack.

You can attack vehicles with grenades, but that is it as far as I am aware.
