Since you guys are so smart...I have more questions!
Say a warboss takes a warbike is he allowed to join an infantry section or can he only join a warbike squad? From there if he can join an infantry unit, I assume all coherency rules apply as usual, what do you do if that unit embarks or takes a dedicated transport?

Being on a warbike has no bearing on if he can join a squad or not. As long as he is an Independent Character, he may join a squad. Yes all coherency rules apply as usual. However if the squad were to embark the IC would have to leave the unit for this to happen, since bikes can not ride in transports.

Ok, good to know. I don't remember the IC rules of the top of my head, but when the unit disembarks the IC can rejoin the squad?
I didn't have access to my codex or BRB here at work and that question was in my head all day. Such as it is with this game. True terror lies within the whispers from the hobby.

You can join and Leave as many times as you want as long as you follow the 2" rule and you can only do this one time each round.

Also note that all models in a unit must only move as fast as it's slowest members.
This means in the case of your warbiker boss, that he can only move 6" per movement phase when he is attached to an infantry unit.
Additionally, if you were to take a second warboss(or a Big mek) in Mega armor attaching said Mega armored IC to the unit; then the whole unit will be forced to move using the "Slow and Purposeful" rules(or in other words, as if they were always moving through difficult terrain).

And he makes the infantry unable to Run, since bikes can't...

That's what it is sounding like. I wanted to make a big mek on a custom kettenkrad(warbike) that had the KFF attached there. It was going to be more of a cosmetic choice than a gameplay choice, but it may be a nuisance.
