I've been painting models for years, but most of my experience is with Warhammer Fantasy armies and Skirmish level games. I'm working on painting vehicles for my Imperial Guard army, and I've come to realize that I suck at it . Can anyone recommend me some good posts/articles/sites that give tips for the basic techniques for vehicle painting? Thanks!

This is where I learned how to paint.

Dwarves-about 2000 points, most unpainted. Kill me now.

This guy has some good vids about 40k tanks, but I've even learned a few things from his videos about WWII tanks.

Haha he does have a point. You could try youtube or various other wargaming sites.

It's not that hard, Just sketch out a camo pattern and than paint it between the lines.

Its what we do best. We die standing

Not doing a camo pattern, though. It's a solid color, Astartes style.

Spray cans work a treat on vehicles.

There are heaps of articles on painting vehicles and planes on the Internet. There are books on Amazon too.

I'm writing a load of fiction. My latest story starts here... This is the index of all the stories...

We're not very big on official rules. Rules lead to people looking for loopholes. What's here is about it.

Yep. Just Google "wh40k tank painting" and the internet is your library.

I've learned nothing from anywhere else except my own experience doing things I Googled.

<-- Google fanatic...

Why is it that only those who have never fought in a battle are so eager to be in one?
