The only familiar still in the game is on Huron Blackheart in the Chaos Marine army if I recall correctly, and even then it just lets him use one psychic power.

AFAIK, Azrael is the only one who can take a familiar.

Even so, it's not really a familiar. He just radiates a 4+ invuln save and the Watcher in the Dark is just a marker to represent that with no other in-game effect. The field even comes from Azrael, not the helmet bearer.

I don't think there are any Familiars for Dark Angels.
Unless the Librarian can still have one,then I'm not sure.

Only Huron Blackheart has a familiar anymore. (grey knights and sisters might have one, i just skimmed the codexs so i'm not 100% sure, but i didn't see one)
For the record Dark Angels don't have a familiar on their librarians or the option for that matter.
I don't think any marine army has had the option since 3rd edition for that matter either.

Can't Chaos Marine Sorcerers take familiars to gain the ability to purchase another spell?
Otherwise we wouldn't of had that tiny, robed, dagger carrying fellow in the Chaos Terminator Lord/Sorcerer kit.

I was just looking in my CSM book a couple days ago and familiars are available to sorcerors. A handful of points. Literally.

Reality is a nice place to visit, but I'd hate to live there.
