Ok so in total now, I have bought 3 finecast IC's. My first was Lelith Hesperax, after I brought it home and looked at it carefully, I noticed a huge air bubble under her face completely destroying her chin, and one on her abs turning those washboards into a concave gut.

I returned the model the following week, I decided to try another model, because I knew that when I bought it, the Lelith was the last DE finecast in the store so I figured that the others were good enough and I just grabbed the crummy one nobody wanted. So this time I decided to do something I was interested in which was get an Archon, and a Succubus and give the horned head to the succubus. The Archon was available and I ordered the succubus.

I take the Archon home, and I am initially pleased with the quality. Until I notice a yellow rubbery piece sticking out of the eye. I spent half an hour trying to get that rubber out, and succeeded only in destroying a good bit of the detail in that region of the mask. Well at least there are two heads in the Archon kit, but not I cannot really use this one on the Succubus. No matter, I already ordered the Succubus and will use her original head.

I come back later to get my Succubus. And I am at a loss for words!! There is NO SUCCUBUS HEAD IN THE KIT. Needless to say I am livid. Sure I can return these products, but it is not a convenient drive for me to do so, and considering I pay good money for these products, I feel utterly ripped off.

I do believe my situation would have been significantly better if there is an easy way to remove that rubber from crevasses. But still, a kit with no head??

What the finecast?

Hate to say it, but it seems a typical story.

Same piece of advice is offered again and again -

ALWAYS OPEN FINECAST IN THE STORE. Ideally, in front of the staff.

Or else you get the staff.

So I think my dog ate my Archon, totally not GW finecast's fault, but still, maybe this whole thing was my bad luck.

Bad luck comes in 3's, so at least you won't be having any more... Wait, you dog ate your Archon? Then you have 2 more bits of bad luck coming... Good luck!
