Ok here goes...

In a Dawn of War deployment situation where one player is using chaos daemons...does he have to deepstrike on Deployment using the rules presented in the book or does he do it in turn one like the Chaos Daemon Codex says. Also can only Compulsory units(2 troop squads and an HQ) deepstrike and THEN the rest or can the whole group selected enter as the Codex says.

Also in a Capture and control game where Chaos Daemons are present do they HAVE to start the game inside their controlled point or do they deepstrike as well on Turn 1?

Follow the codex. Half should deep strike on your first turn. With Daemons, NOTHING starts on the field, so you are essentially beginning with everything in reserve, which is allowed by all missions, AFAIK. Even then, I'm pretty sure the codex rules would override mission deployment rules

Codex trumps brb, daemons always follow their own deployment rules

No they do not. Specific rules trump general rules. In this case the rule for how Daemons are allowed to deploy (in fact compelled to deploy) trump how armies generically deploy for DoW.

Hmm I thought the rule was that if a codex tells you to break a rule, then the codex wins, but I guess that is just because the codex is more specific. Good to know.

In most or all cases an exception listed in a codex is more specific than a general rule listed in the BGB.

calypso2ts, if you could point out an instance where the main rulebook lists something more specific about an army than can be found in that army's valid codex I'd love to read it. I can't think of anything myself.

The wolf tooth necklace (or is it tailsman? The one to hit on 3+) example comes to mind. Codex SW says you hit all enemies with a WS on a 3+. If you attack a walker with a melta bomb the rule more specifically states grenades hit walkers (Edit-non-stunned, non-immobilized) on a 6+. In this case the grenade rule is more specific than the C:SW rule and you hit with grenades on a 6+ but any other weapon on a 3+.

Deamons always deploy as stated in the codex unless stated otherwise, how is that for a GW answer! Lol but to be serious deamons unless a mission specific states that deamons deploy differently which I think in the missions book there is one but I don’t have it with me to say 100% they deploy as deamons do. Like at Adepticon and other tournament they even say in deployment rules that (deamons deploy as deamons).

Augustus - Sweeping advance and WBB is another one.

SA denies all special rules that state they would stop you being removed as a casualty, which is what WBB normally does - prevent you being removed as a casualty.

Another is Kareen! and immobilised.
