Which should I attach to my terminator: a psycannon, a psilencer or an incinerator? I will mainly play against SM, tau, orks and eldar

Always psycannon.

The psycannon is the best all round, as you can still break open vehicles.

However if you are running an in your face army then incinerators can be golden, as often killing-on-2s against tau and eldar stuff.

You could pin the weapons so you can swap them as you wish.

no matter what though, the psilencer is a no. Even if termies can move and fire.

Yeah. Like the buttons on your suit: Psycannon always, incinerator sometimes psilencer never.

Would you waste a special weapons slot on that piece of ?

A few S5 AP- shots don't do anyone any good, especially when you have it on termies, who can move and shoot the psycannon as Heavy. I would always go for the psycannon. The incenarator sometimes, but never, ever the psycannon.
