I was thinking about my CCS and had the thought. Are they retinues? IF everyone but the CC dies is he now an IC?

Edit: I'm at work and don't have my books or i could reread it, but i think it mentions something about retinues in it in the BRB

No. He is never an IC at any point in time, therefore the unit is never a retinue

It depends if you are useing the DKoK rules the company commander is an IC if you are using plain guard the company commander isn't as said before.
