That isn't what counter-attack does. Try reading your rulebook.

1) They arent the unit being assaulted
2) You cannot disembark voluntarily outside of the movement phase.
3) Counter attack doesnt do anything like you think it does. Not anymore. The OLD Space Wolf codex had a variant counter attack, but it still doesnt let you get out of a vehicle when it is the vehicle being assaulted.
