In a wysiwyg black templars army using the normal space marine moddles, or do you need bblack templars bits?

unless those bits are unique wargear for the BT you don't really need them to be wysiwyg.

A Marine with a bolter is a Marine with a bolter, no matter what codex you use. If they're painted in Templar colors and armed appropriately, nobody will care.
