Well, you pretty much need more anti tank, or at least anti-vehicle. I suggest switching the sentinels to autocannons. Also, switch the HB sponsons on your russes for hull lascannons. This way it might actually hurt a tank or something, at the price of a HB. Russes aren't very great against infantry that's not badly spaced anyway, unless they're pricy important marines like sternguard.
You can drop 35pts worth of vox casters because with the way they're set up, it's not going to be very important to get orders off. If you want to have a lot of platoon infantry that isn't powerblobbed, you should take advantage of their HW option and get some autocannons. You could get 6 more autocannons for 60pts here, without even sacrificing anything.
If you need more points, drop the standard and CO's power weapon. Second basilisk is a lot of points too, but I haven't tried a battery like that so yeah. Would they be firing with the multiple barrage rule?

i get what your going for but all the CCS, PCS and IS have no special weapons or role too fill. Scout Sentinel with hvy flamer is meh most annoying thing is give them a auto cannon and a frak missile and outflank with them for side armor shots.

i have one large problem, which i am suprised no one has noticed, your infantry platoon lascannons are 255 points
They arn't 255 points, they are 105 points! so you still have 300 points to play with.
i reccomend the following...
Drop the CCS power wep(you don't want them in a fight, they are order monkeys and make sure you don't flee
Drop the lascannon teams to autocannon teams-370 points
Take 2 special weapon teams with meltas (130 points)
options with the last points-
1/ take 4 squads of guardsmen +20 points (so 4 flamers/ GL)
2/Take chimeras for your 4 squads+20 points of upgrades
3/Take a stormtrooper team with 3 meltas and have 45 points to spend.
4/ take a psyker battle squad, 9 strong in a chimera, for the lulz. and a lord commissar with a power wep
Or ofcourse any way you want to spend 360 points
oh. and ignore anyone who says drop voxes, any army with atleast 3 order giving units needs voxes.

They arn't 255 points, they are 105 points! so you still have 300 points to play with. good spot totally didn't notice that. Take 2 special weapon teams with meltas (130 points) I disagree with this SWS, just ain't that good. 6 guys die well too fast and with BS3 and a 12" range they'll be lucky to get a shot off. YMMV 3/Take a stormtrooper team with 3 meltas and have 45 points to spend. can't do that stormies can only take 2 Melta's. Its on of the many reason that they are worse (in most situations) than Vets. Persoanllay if I was going to use them i'd use plasma as it gives more versatility than melta. oh. and ignore anyone who says drop voxes, any army with atleast 3 order giving units needs voxes. Not sure if I agree with this either. Orders are good we can all agree on that but they ain't everything, Vox is more important if you are going all/primarily on foot but if you a thinking about chimera's drop them as units in transports can't use them. The main guys you want to uissue orders to in this list are the Lascannons, BiD and FoMT, but they won't benefit form the voxes and can't take them. So again vox is pointless. Vox are good if you have a blob HWS (e.g. you put a HWT in a load of squads and combine them giveing you a HWS with 24 ablative wounds) or blobs in general because you only need one for 20-50 guys or vet/ ccs squad out of a transport. Vox has a place but networks get exspensive and the benefits can be limited. In my entire army I only have 3 I mainly agree with Almarine and would add show your inf some love, they are the back bone of your army and essential in 2/3 of games but they die quick so give a special weapon.

Looking at your army half of it is pretty pointless and just adds to FoC and has no offensive power. CCS can't do a fat lot nor can two of the Platoons because all they have is power weaps. If you add some wargear into these units i.e autocannons on the Infantry Squads and CCS along with Creed you should be rocking.

I think you need autocannons as the codex says 2/3 of heavy weapons should be autocannons which a lot of people (including me) agree with

To be Honest
i'm not a fan of the new list, your not covering all your bases
The only AP2 you have is 2 lascannons
The best anti tank you have are the basilisk S9 2 dice pick the highest, it might not sound bad but you still have hit and then get a 5 to glance AP14. At under 36" your AV12 open top basilisk is going to have to use line of sight, if you can see them chances are they can see you.
AC are good if all you coming up against is vehicles with less than AV12
You have a static gunline in chimeras so basically pillboxes with no anti AV14, MC or Termies protection.
Do not get rough riders, they are fun, but they are one trick ponies (pun intended).
Drop the spoke launchers on the Sct sentinels, they are not needed.
Remember the basics if you want an all comers list, you need the following
Anti horde - high rate of fire, large blast, templates
Anti Meq - AP3 weapons ideally with a hish s
AV10-12 - S7-9 weapons
AV12-14 - S9-10 weapons, or meltas
Anti termie/MC - Plasma guns or medium to high s weapons with a lot of shots
Some weapons cover a number of the above which is good as you need to build in redundancy
Also remeber the rules of the games, KP (you have 20 KP), every time they blow up one of your chimera's they'll basically get two kp 1 for the chimera and one for squad in side when half die from the explosion and then they run off the board. In obejective games if you move those chimera half your fire power is gone.
sorry if i come across like an arse but the list needs a lot of work
thanks

Definately not. At 1500 points you need at least some melta guns or massed las. Two basilisks and two lrbt hull mounted las are not going to cut it. Apart from that: A regimental standard? Autocannons in your chimeras? Autocannons in general? 185 point lrbt? Smoke launchers on scout walkers? While ymmv I really see almost all of your loadouts to be quite suboptimal. What I suggest you do is to either concentrate on mech with tank support or foot with artillery support. And most important equip your units accordingly.

Remove the Reg. Standard, and give the CCS and PCS' some Meltas and Chimeras, if at all possible. You could find the points for them by removing pointless upgrades like the Sentinel smoke launchers (lol) and the Sponsons and Lascannons from the LRBTs.

One of my golden rules for IG... never waste a Special weapon slot, as that really is a backbone of your troops.
One of the Golden rules of Dakka Dakka, don't list points for wargear and upgrades. Don't list your Chimeras seperate if they are a dedicated transport for your PIS, add the points together.
I also have to agree with the questioning of the mix of ACs and Chimeras. If your using the ACs, your not moving. If your moving, your not using the ACs. Drop one or the other. Since 2/3s of the games are objective games so you need to move forward and take objectives, I suggest the ACs and replace them with Meltas. I personally love putting PCSs in transports with 3 Flamers and a Heavy Flamer or 4 Flamers to clear out enemy held objectives and capture them, since they are scoring units.
Also, to be frank, if your doing Chimera rush, just cut to the chase and do melta Vets for 155pts per unit. Obviously, if you do this, you will want to re-write your entire list.
Drop the Heavy Bolter sponsons on your LRBTs, as you can only fire one weapon and the turret weapon if you move (plus any defensive weapons). If your attacking with Chimera infantry, you want to be mobile and moving up to support them.
As for the Standard, if you keep it, keep your HWSs within 12" of it to give them a morale re-roll. You want to keep them within 12" anyways for Orders. I would even drop the Chimera on the CCS and give them a Lascannon, Plasma gun, and Camo Cloaks (2 plasma if you ditch the Standard) and make use of the BS 4. If you /really/ like the Standard, consider Kell. If you /really/ want to use Orders, consider Creed. But making more of a Gun line list may make you want to make some changes.
You did say you wanted to do more of a Artillery list, so I would consider Manticores and Medusas over the Basilisks, and enclosed case should be a must. You might even want to drop LRBTs for more artillery. If you keep your CCS static with a HWT, get a MoO for them, maybe even a Second CCS with the same set up (minus any named characters) just to fit in a second MoO.
I am not sold on two Scout Sentinals. Your to starved for points elsewhere and their impact is minimal. I would just ditch them for points to spend on Special weapons.
