I recently bought an Inquisitor Coteaz finecast model however I dont paly Greyknights or which ever army he belongs to. I was wondering what sort or conversions I should do so I can easily say he is just a captain with a thunder hammer or something.

There is no such thing as innocence, only varying levels of guilt.
He looks alot like a inquisitor but, if you must convert it, I would suggest replacing the head with a helmet, removing the eagle and placing a pistol in his hand, a sm backpack and some GS rope.

I would remove the head and replace with a marine helmet, the eagle with a pointing hand and shave the sides of the I symbols down to make them look like....well less Inquistorly
change the inquisitor symbol to a flaming commet and fill in the machine lines on the hammer, remove the power cable on the hammer and you have a pretty hard ass whfb empire figure there.
