Either way, I guess I'm gonna take a cross bow, I'd take a English long bow, but I'm not sure how accurate I would be, I haven't shot a regular bow in about 10 years. I'm fast so you'll never catch me with your sword or whatever.

Not really composite bows made from different materials have been around for centuries. Compound bows with the wheels and such are new tech.

A crossbow combines power and accuracy, though at the expense of range usually.


No crossbows have great range. What they sacrifice is loading time. They take a long time to reset.
