Sounds like Admiral Awesome and Lady luck said that your dice will not cooperate for the game, its ok sounds like your making your saves right, thats the thing orks just die a lot your partner should of tried to get in h2h with you and beat your face there, orks dont shoot well...unless theres like 20 of them then you MIGHT hit something . Any way it happens first time i played my buddies orks i slaughtered him. then he got newer and shineir toys, then beat me. and from there it was an arms race. lol. its ok we played on a circular 3 ft table when we did our misadventurous first game at 500 pts. a word of advice, take the storm boleter for the rhino. Yea flexibility is good. have you thought about magnets for your dreadnought or any other weapon. Some times WYSIWYG is a good thing but certain times a sound tatical thing like taking that ac or the lc, and all you have is a hb makes things a bit more difficult. but its a learning process of what works for you.

i'd take a lr crusader and put a grey hunter in a drop pod...strangely enough i been digging through my bitz and i actually have an extra ML. then again i found a whole srue of HW that i thought i lost. (was buried in my orks) :* oht he one problem with the dev squad is you only get one ML buy the tact squad if you want two happy killin space viking. lol.
