Things to keep in mind:
- I want to be 'jack heavy since I love Khador 'jacks.
- My playstyle revolves around being tanky while doing tons of damage, so I would like to spam durable beatsticks if possible.

Are you planning to use the koldun lord to marshall the destroyer? That's what I'd go with.

On the mechanics, personally at 35 points I think you can get away without them. I'd be much keener to get the ifp and the widowmakers on the table. How about this:-

The Butcher of Khardov (*6pts)
* Juggernaut (7pts)
* Juggernaut (7pts)
Koldun Lord (2pts)
* Destroyer (9pts)
Iron Fang Pikemen (Leader and 9 Grunts) (8pts)
* Iron Fang Pikemen Officer & Standard (2pts)
Widowmakers (Leader and 3 Grunts) (4pts)
Widowmaker Marksman (2pts)

Unfortunately this leaves no room for the war dog, who is great with butcher... I guess you could drop to min ifp and add wardog and a manhunter. I'd be keen to keep them maxed though as they work very very well with butcher's spells. Also, consider swapping a juggy for a marauder (same points cost), underrated jack imo and can cause serious caster squishing damage on the butcher's feat turn, clearing charge lanes, causing knockdown etc.

Edit: the other option is to swap the ifp in my list for full shocktroopers and the wardog, seeing as you said you wanted to spam durable beatsticks This would give you a very effective screen for Butcher and the Koldun Lord, at the cost of some speed. Personally I love the shocktroopers as they often take up so much of my opponents resources to dispatch, but it's personal taste.

Edit 2: Taking this idea even further, this list would get you to tier 2 with butcher, giving you a very valuable speed boost for the mows on turn 1

The Butcher of Khardov (*6pts)
* Juggernaut (7pts)
* Juggernaut (7pts)
* War dog (1pts)
Man-o-war Demolition Corps (Leader and 2 Grunts) (6pts)
Man-o-war Shocktroopers (Leader and 4 Grunts) (8pts) (-1 point on the tier list)
Man-o-war Kovnik (3pts)
* Destroyer (9pts)

This is starting to stray somewhat from your original list, but gives you a rather delicious 3 jacks and 9 mows on the table which is a bit evil on butchers feat turn, especially at 35 points. The destoryer on the kovnik will benefit a lot from his boosted attack ability, leaving the jm bonus for the damage roll. On the feat turn, this gives you a direct hit on def 16 with an 18" threat range and effective pow 28 with average rolls, thats going to all but squish a lot of casters.

Spectre's Second list looks very Delicous. the destroyer i think would be the most beneficial in the list but give consideration to Demolisher or Devestater. devestaer would be vicious on feat turn. 25 ARM says "try me" both cost 9pts. Demolisher is a Devy with Rifles on its soulders instead of its Rain of Death nades. both share the same chasis cost the same points and are Armor Shells. i would consider them. with a heavy melee army i would consider the Devy, his P+S 17(?) fists will hurt bad on feat turn, however opening him up before hand will result in possible loss of Devy.

MoW Demos ar emy favorite Unit. they are a Glass Cannon. you can Charge with 1 of 2 *attacks. Backswing for a Unit, it will give you 2 attacks, first will be boosted damage the second will be just another attack. or you can charge with Icebreaker and effectivly have weaponmaster meaning 4 Damage Dice great VS high ARM.

Warmachine: Khador 6 casters ~150pts in models(Including Merc Solos)

P&S 16 and even with B's feat will struggle to wreck a heavy reliably.

After some reworking here's two more lists that I came up with:

List 1:
The Butcher of Khardov +6 points
* Juggernaut 7 points
* 2x Kodiak 8 points each
* War Dog 1 point

10 Iron Fang Pikemen 8 points
* Iron Fang Officer & Standard 2 points
Widowmakers 4 points
Yuri the Axe 3 points

List 2:

The Butcher of Khardov +6 points
* Juggernaut 7 points
* Kodiak 8 points
* War Dog 1 point

Great Bears of Gallowswood - 5 points
6 Iron Fang Pikemen 5 points
* Iron Fang Officer & Standard 2 points
Widowmaker Marksman - 2 points
Widowmakers 4 points
2x Manhunter - 4 points
Yuri the Axe 3 points

Yes, I know that list 2 isn't 'jack heavy, but I'm fielding Great Bears and 2 Manhunters in addition to what was already in list 1 (minus 4 IFPs however). I love Great Bears and Manhunters both models and ruleswise, plus their synergy with Butcher's feat is ridiculous.

Both those lists look better to me, but be careful you don't put all your eggs in one basket (at least without a decent screen). List 2 looks a little overkill to me, sure great bears, 2 manhunters and yuri will obliterate just about anything on the feat turn, but you've got to get them there first.

For the extra 3 points, max ifp will give your list a central unit to stick in the middle of the table and draw your opponent's attention. I find other parts of your army are less likely to get picked off when you've got a solid lump of red marching up the table. As a general rule (with a few exceptions), I try to avoid putting UAs on units unless they're maxed as the points your putting in to gain abilities and minifeats can end up being wasted if not very many of those models end up having a chance to do damage.

Going with list 2, I would drop a manhunter and downgrade the kodiak to a jugger, to get the 3 points needed to keep the ifp maxed. If you max the ifp, you could also consider a build which would fit a unit of ternion in it, as they work very well with the pikemen (cloud cover, magic shotguns when they get closer etc) and many opponents underrate them at their peril. You can't have everything though and there are clearly certain models/units you have a preference for.

Plus IFP with the Butcher are begging to hold the center of the board. Minifeat + Ironflesh means you have 16/18 infantry in the near to the middle of the board on the first turn of the game.
