I'm wondering if the head is too high from the top of the neck armour. And the shoulderpads might be too small. Otherwise, neat.

Cheers fellas as for the pads n head etc he's based on a mini from right back at the dawn of gamesworkshop some thing like 30 years ago, as requested by the customer i stuck stricktly to that style i think i carried it off. once again thanks for the comments if you want to check out the wip its over on coolminiornot under trystans old style made new ! marine.

Very impressive. There are a few scale issues that somewhat irk me, but that's purely a result of staying true to the model. I'd say you struck a pretty good balance between sculpting the model and something that actually looks good at a more visible scale.

Upper body looks great, but the shins are too long and thighs way too thin... granted, that fits with the aesthetic of the RT era stuff.
Overall, a masterful piece, really impressive and I can really appreciate the work and skill that went into it -

My only critique on this lovely piece of art is the Backpack. For a RT model the backpack you use is to new the RT backpacks were very different. Other then that it looks fantastic.
Example you can see the difference in backpacks here.
